Hi, I’m Jason Jacques. I am a US Missionary partnering with churches across Southern Missouri to help them develop and grow their ministry to men.
I will be there to strategize with the men and help them get things off the ground, as well as train the leadership to develop disciples within their churches. This will be phase 1 of pioneering this ministry. As we see growth we will begin rolling out phase 2 of the plan that God has designed.
Why is ministry to men important?
A recent article that I was reading cited a study that had some interesting stats.
- If a child is the first one in a family unit to become a Christian there is a 3.5% chance that at least one of the parents will follow.
- If the mother is the first to become a Christian there is a 17% chance that at least one child will follow.
- If the father is the first to become a Christian there is a 93% chance that the entire family will become a Christian.
How you can help!
To accomplish all that God has, I need to build a support and prayer team around me. The sooner I am able to get my support raised the quicker that I can get out and begin making an impact.

Why 360Man?
There is a need to train up men in Christlike, servant leadership and disciple-making by partnering with churches through 360 Man.
360 Man is a network of men that we are developing who are determined to live their lives in full circle faith like what is found in Acts 2:42-47.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
As a 360 Man we commit to pray for other men to know Christ and grow in their faith, live a life of integrity in our identity, relationships, purpose and vision, and support our pastors and local church ministries.
We are determined that with your help we can develop leaders within the local church to support their pastors, lead their families, and help make disciples of the community around them.
Imagine with me if you will if we were able to get the men of Southern Missouri, across the nation, and around the world to embrace the great commission?
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
I feel that God has positioned us for such a time as this.
